We understand what an exciting and sometimes overwhelming process this transition can be. That’s why when you buy your EHR from us and the system goes live, it’s not signaling the end of our time together. It’s just the beginning!
We include ongoing, in-person, onsite training. There are also unlimited upgrades. And while those things make our clients happy, we find that what they value most is our local team of dedicated EHR specialists that serve and support them. Our clients love us being local because when they have a question, we’re just around the corner, not halfway around the world.
With all we do for our clients, we become part of their practice-family. We’re there to help. They rely on us. Our job is not 9-5. We’ll be there with you, holding your hand until you are comfortable with the software. Then we’ll come back and teach you more cool stuff you can do with the Aprima system, all at no additional charge.
