It all starts with us getting to know you better. We know this process can be intimidating. You’ve probably never been through it before. But don’t worry, we have … hundreds of times.
You will be assigned a dedicated Implementation Specialist who has primary responsibility for making sure you love us. Oh, don’t worry, there are many more of us behind the scenes (and depending on the size of the practice, possibly on site), but you will always have one point of contact, complete with his or her cell number.
We signed the contract…now what?
It all starts with a project kick-off meeting where you’ll meet your EHR support team and start preparing for the big day.
We’ll discuss the implementation plan, agree on a timeline of when you want things to happen and walk you through what to expect.
For you to track all that is happening, we present you with the Big Blue Book of Awesomeness. It has everything you need to get started, and to help keep you on track. And don’t forget, we’re right there by your side. Throughout the entire process, your project plan will be updated weekly; you will always know if there are any unforeseen delays or concerns in executing your implementation as planned. It’s a team effort.

Set-up and Personalization
While we’ve done this hundreds of times, we don’t yet know what makes you different – but we’re going to! We get to know the ins and outs of your practice so we can customize the system to fit the way you do things and then we personalize it per user.
Our experts work with each and every person in the practice to understand what they do and what they need. You don’t have to adapt your workflow to the software. We adapt it to you. We will work side by side with you and your staff to prepare for the transition – setting up and personalizing the system per user, making any necessary conversions from old systems and helping you set up the payors in your new system.
We learn how each physician likes to chart when a patient is in the room, how they set up their physical exams and how they like to practice so we can customize and personalize the system for each doctor.
We set up the system so your claims go to and from the insurance companies. Everything is simplified and streamlined from one location.

Training
After we figure out the details of everything you need, we put it all together behind the scenes and get started with training.
We sit with each person on your staff individually and train them, usually one-on-one, in your office, and always in-person. We will walk everyone through how the system will work until they feel comfortable.

Once you’ve got a feel for it, it’s time to go live.
